On Friday I was very happy as my second presentation (sales and marketing) went really good - they were listening carefully, took notes all the time and asked a lot of questions afterwards. They told me that they could find practical use in what I presented, so what more could I have wished for the day before my birthday! :o)

On Saturday, we made an excursion to a Buddhist temple in Zhengding - since we took the wrong bus, we ended up in a local temple that was normally not opened to tourists, but we were allowed to enter the area and even got something to eat, which was simple (soup and buns), but really tasty!

After this visit, we took a bus to a wholesale hall - which was less interesting than expected. Susanna and I decided to walk around and found the tea-shop area beside the hall. Hundreds of teashops - we stayed in the first and tasted various tea of various quality. It was really relaxing and interesting at the same time, we had a great time!

After some tea-shopping we returned to the hotel and despite of being all quite tired, we moved immediately to the hot-pot-restaurant nearby where we had my birthday - dinner :o) thank you so much everybody!! - including birthday cake...

After the dinner we moved on the a bar, where we danced a little and had a whole karaoke room to ourselves.
On Sunday we had sports day. We took the bus to mountain Baoduzai and group pressure forced everybody (except for Carlos, Dan, Duli and Emily who visited the Shaolin temple and booked an all-day-train-riding tour...) not to take the cable-car, but take 3.300 steps to the top.
Some pictures...
